As there are times when no one is in our home we have installed a Smart Water system that monitors usage and patterns and can automatically shut our entire water system down. It detects unusual activity including: fast water flow, high water usage, extended water use, unusual flow rate, unusual activity at time of day, unusual event duration, change in water pressure and more. If the unusual activity is not resolved, the system will shut down and alert us. 

Should this happen while you're staying at the home, we will contact you directly to confirm and troubleshoot. Thanks for your understanding as we protect our investment and the safety of our guests.

We're pleased to let you know that our home has publicly treated water ready to drink. We also provide a Brita in the fridge if you wish to have a steady supply of fridge cold water too though.
