Each bedroom and the living room have an individual mini-split wall control for your convenience. Simply ensure the unit is in the desired stage (heating or cooling) and adjust the temperature to your liking. 

Note it does take a few minutes for the units to start-up if off as normal operation. Watch this video for further information about the onscreen controls. 

Each room and several common areas have individually controlled heating units as backup heat. These units are operated by changing to the desired  temperature using the up or down arrows. As they operate electrically via baseboard heating you will not hear anything "turn on" and you simply set the desired room temperature for your comfort.

You should not have to adjust these with the mini-split systems as the default heating and cooling.

We have brand new ceiling fans in each bedroom for your enhanced climate control on those hot days and also as a whole room light. The controls are mounted on the wall near the door and you can see the functionality in the diagram here. 

We also have installed an efficient home/attic fan that has vents in each bedroom upstairs. It is temperature controlled and will come on to draw out hot air that would be trapped in the high ceilings. For it to perform best, we ask that you open the windows to allow for air to be drawn in and through the system. It does make some "white noise" as it works but that means it's on and working!

While the lake breeze and mountain climate produce very comfortable temperatures (and we do not have air-conditioning), we have included 40" remote controlled oscillating tower fans for each bedroom in addition to one in the living room. They are controlled by small remotes in their respective rooms.  Average temperatures in the Pocono Pines are not typically very hot even during the summer.

• June averages are between a high of 74F and a low of 54F. 

• July averages are between a high of 78F and a low of 59F. 

• August averages are between a high of 76F and a low of 57F.
