Rules & Things to Remember

Community Rules:

• No outside alcohol permitted at any of the amenities. Beer & wine may be purchased at the snack bar and consumed in the deck dining area.
• Food not purchased at the swim club snack bar must be eaten in the picnic area; it is not permitted on the deck.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the swim club & beach. Parking is permitted in designated lots only - no parking is permitted alongside the lake, beach or roadways.
• No fireworks or bonfires permitted anywhere in Pinecrest at any time.
• The community garden on the property is for registered gardeners only- it is not open to public vegetable picking. Please do not enter the gate area.
• Clubhouse dress code is "country club" or "smart" casual. Jeans are permitted. No swimwear, flip flops, hoodies or cut-offs allowed.
• Children's menu available at the Clubhouse.
• Security is roaming the property in the evenings. There is no access to any amenity permitted after closing hours. We do prosecute trespassers.
• PA fishing licenses required by law for fishing in the lake & stream (ages 16 and older).
• No gas motorized boats permitted on the lake.
• DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE! This includes geese, bear, squirrels, deer, ducks, etc.
• Trash must be bagged and tied and left in the home garbage closet/garage area.
• Do not hang towels over outdoor railings & decks to dry.
• Respect your neighbors. Excessive noise at your unit is not permitted.

House Rules:

• No smoking on or in the property. Violations will incur an additional cleaning fee of $350
• Pets are not allowed. If pets have been in the home an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be incurred.
• Moving furniture within the townhome is forbidden. Any violation will incur a fee of $50 per piece.
• No parties or events. Only guests that are registered are permitted to visit the home in our private community.
• Do not use the fireplaces with real wood (they are converted to electric and do not produce heat)
• We have video security recording at the entrances for your safety and protection of our home.
• Use of the internet for illegal activities (such as pirated movies) is strictly prohibited and will be subject to fines of $250 per incident.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00AM (Sun-Thurs), 12:00AM to 8:00AM (Fri-Sat) - Noise sensing technology may present
